Refund Policy
You may return any furniture within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, any production pieces that have customized to your specifications or any production piece that was built for your order.

How to Return Furniture
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
1. Contact us by either emailing us at victor.sergent@gmail.com or calling 440-935-2537 to obtain return instructions.
2. If the furniture was delivery by us we will pick it up. If the furniture item arrived to you via a freight carrier, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the furniture. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, VS Modern Design, LLC will pay the return-shipping costs.
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the furniture less the shipping costs. If you have any questions, pleas
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
