Use of and the sale and purchase of products from Victor Sergent's website & VS Modern Design, LLC are governed by the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this page. By browsing and using our website, you are agreeing to be subject to these terms and conditions.


No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and VS Modern Design, LLC, until we accept your order by way of confirmation email.

This will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, meaning receipt of your order within 7 days.

However, there are times when this is not possible and we will notify you of any delay.

Representation of all of our products is done as accurately as possible via images and description .Wooden products vary greatly in colour, pattern and general appearance - the product you receive will differ slightly from the ones advertised.


Prices shown are in US Dollars and include Tax at the prevailing rate, where applicable.

Prices on our website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice.

We do not store credit card details and your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Intellectual properties rights and rights to use

All product designs, images, text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Victor Sergent. The intellectual property may not be copied, transmitted, published, stored, reproduced, altered in any way without written permission.


All of our furniture is delivered by crate or by us. Customers that are more than a few hours away from our studio in Cleveland, Ohio will receive their product(s) in a crate. These crates are delivered by third party LTL trucking companies. Our standard delivery is called "threshold" meaning the crate will be delivered to the first dry room of a home if accessible. This is usually a garage.

White glove delivery is also available upon request, which includes delivery to the room of your choice and removal of all packaging. Don't hesitate to inquire about these services.

 Damages | Repairs

We take great care in packaging your products, and it's very rare that damage occurs during shipping. We also fully insure every item that leaves our shop. So, if you do happen to receive a damaged product, please make sure that it is noted on the Proof of Delivery. Photographs of the damaged crate, as well as the damaged products are necessary to get you a replacement or repair. Our customers are never responsible for any additional shipping or replacement costs as long as these steps are taken.
