Return Policy

You may return any furniture within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have customized to your specifications.

How to Return Furniture
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
1. Contact us by either emailing us at victor.sergent@gmail.com or calling 440-935-2537 to obtain return instructions. 
2. If the furniture was delivery by us we will pick it up. If the furniture item arrived to you via a freight carrier, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the furniture. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, VS Modern Design, LLC will pay the return-shipping costs.

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the furniture less the shipping costs. If you have any questions, please call us at 440-935-2537, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

Furniture Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your furniture when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit contact us at 440-935-2537 or ivictor.sergent@gmail.com. Please send to us pictures of the damaged packaging or damaged furniture or both. Please retain all of the original packing materials. Please add a note to the delivery company receipt stating: refused the delivery due to the possible damages it could have suffered during the transit. Please don't forget to take detail pictures and send them to us. You are  responsible for documenting any loss or damages that might result from the carriage and delivery of freight.

Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to shipping the order. Please email us at victor.sergent@gmail.com or call us at 440-935-2537 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
