I chose this elegant box for my personal collection because of its unique design, use of rare woods, and beautiful craftsmanship. I especially like the almost ritual sense of removing the pegs to open it. It does seem like it must contain something very special, though for the moment it holds only some new origami pieces. This beautiful table was exhibited in Self Image at Sandusky Cultural Center spring of 2020. I found it to be a fine synthesis of Victor's personal aesthetic - beautiful, sturdy well designed for function. The surface design is especially practical for a coffee table since the complex design would help camouflage any potential marks of use. The structure is very sturdy unlike many lightweight coffee tables, but looks very elegant in my living room. Segmented wood coffee table

Mr. End grain cutting board series of hardwood serving boards are some of the most beautiful board designs I've seen. They certainly scream 'Luxury,' but are entirely practical as well. The downward tapered edges eliminate any need for aesthetically obtrusive handles and make them very comfortable to use. The minimal surface design emphasizes and contrasts the natural beauty of the hardwoods.
